In Northern France, with its flat terrain, camouflage was very important. Fortunately the numerous villages make the camouflage much easier. Quite often bunkers were incorporated in existing buildings. This shed was partly occupied by a bunker with four rifle embrasures. Around the second embrasure from the right you can see that the original door has been closed.
