Originally this embrasure was armed with a 8 mm Fiat MG model 14/35. However after the war Opera 2 was modified which including the installation of a heavier armament. This embrasure got a 9 cm anti-tank gun. This weapon was fairly light, but with a shell with a hollow charge it could penetrate all tanks in service at those days.
