Opera 5 has two casemates, each armed with a single heavy machine guns. Both embrasures are exceptionally low despite the use of a standard armoured plate. Apparently the defenders wouldn't need a high elevation for their weapons. It must be noted that Pian dei Morti is relatively flat.
