Batterie Spitz consists of two parts, each armed with two 75 mm guns model 03/22. In fact these were old field guns which the barrel had been installed in casemates. Originally these guns were quite common in the Swiss fortifications. However since they were already outdated they were the first to be taken out of service and nowadays they are very rare.
