An exemple of the Swiss embrasures. Each embrasure is of the standard type, only the dimension of the opening is different. The left embrasure housed a MG, the right one was armed with a 4,7 cm gun that was later replaced by a 9 cm AT gun. The middle embrasure served as an observation post.
