The gorge of Fort Rapp - Moltke
This fort was originally called after general Moltke. It was built between 1872 and 1875 after the design of general Biehler. Here you can see the gorge of the fort with its barracks. Originally the gate had a draw bridge. However during the modernisation of the fort after 1885 the bridge was replaced by a less vulnerable slope. The fort was later renamed by the French Fort Rapp.
