One of the so-called Casemates Pamart in the Maginot Line. These turrets were designed in WW I by captain Pamart to reinforce the forts around Verdun. The armament consisted of a twin St. Etienne machine gun. Since the turrets were quite rare, only 15 were left after the war, they were only use to defend strategic points in relatively open terrain.
