An overview of the second bunker of the Panzerbatterie 5. This bunker had to equipped with a single turret for a 10,5 cm gun, but only the lower level was ever completed. In WW II a concrete construction was built on top of the shaft to facilitate the access to the underground galleries. To get an idea of the dimensions: this bunker is about 50 m. long and 18 m. width. Absolutely huge when you consider the modest armament.
