One of the small blocks of the advanced post Larche. As usual this post was armed with machine-guns and a few mortars. This small casemate had one heavy and one light machine-gun. Larche played an important role during the heavy fighting in June 1940 when the Italians tried in vain to break through the Maginot Line.
